Full Guild Name: Has Bad Intentions Realm Name: Eonar (US). Server time is East Coast, EST. Realm Type: PvE Faction: Horde
Has Bad Intentions (HBI) is a World of Warcraft Guild on the Horde side of the Eonar server. The purpose of HBI is to provide a social environment for people to have fun and hang out socially. The emphasis of the guild is intended to be firmly on friendships and building relationships. However, when we are raiding current content we expect those members to put in the proper work to help the guild progress through the raid. HBI expects the same play mentality when doing Rated BGs or Guild PvP. This is more for the sake of it helping to keep it fun for the other members attending.
2. The Rules (aka "The Important Stuff”)
NOTE: Has Bad Intentions Management reserve the right to update or revise the charter and guild rules as we see fit without warning. (When we do make an update make a note of the date and the reason for the update on the guild forums.)
2.1 General Guild Rules
Be excellent to each other – We founded this guild as our own haven from the nasty, immature people that run the game for everyone else, Jerks need not apply.
Make us Proud – You are wearing the HBI guild tag and represent the guild. That means be respectful to people outside the Guild as if they were in the Guild. Don’t misbehave in other people’s pugs, don’t AFK honor farm in PvP , and don’t be one of ‘those guys’ in trade chat.
Don’t steal from us – Don’t take from the guild for your toons in another Guild. Don’t take things out of the bank and auction them or use them to make money through crafting stuff for profit.
Language – We are a diverse group of people, so choose your words carefully. We have members from many different races, religion, and with different views. We will not tolerate any sort of hate against people of other races, sexual orientation, or anything else. We prefer to maintain a civil atmosphere in Guild chat. If someone says something is offensive to them, please respect that and stop the conversation right there.
No Sexual Harassment – Sexual harassment of another guild member will not be tolerated and if the problem persists you will be removed from the guild.
No Begging – Do not beg in G chat or any other public forum for gold. Asking and begging are different things. Also do not beg higher level members for runs through low level dungeons. Please remember that everyone is trying to enjoy their limited play time. First offense is a warning, second is a removal.
Enjoy Yourself – If your not having fun then, why are you here? If this Guild isn’t doing it for you, please let us know why. We’re all human beings and if there’s something we can do better we’re always happy to hear it.
If you feel there is a problem or you have a problem with something, bring it to an officers attention as soon as possible and we will address it. Don’t let something bother you and let it build up until it is too late to fix.
Don’t take criticism as an insult. Take it as a way to make yourself better. When people give you suggestions try them out and see if it works for you. We are just trying to help you make yourself better as a player. If you just want to continue playing as you are just say thank you for the advice.
2.2 Guild Bank Policy

Officers check the bank logs very often, please do not do it.

Officer – Unlimited withdrawal all tabs/ 1500g per day withdrawal. Authenticator Required.
2.3 Raiding Expectations
We are very dedicated to our current content raiding. In order to go on the current content raids you need to many things to prepare so it is fun for all the people that are attending.
You are expected to:
Be able to perform your roll in the most difficult level of heroics to maximize your Valor Points Be gemmed and enchanted properly
Have your own food, flasks, and potions. (Don’t count on feasts and cauldrons) Research your class and the fights for the raid night
Help to come up with ideas to overcome a tough fight.
Don’t constantly go AFK. You have days notice on when the raid is going to be. Please eat, get your snack, make phone calls etc. before raid starts. We always schedule breaks in-between bosses or wipe-fests to allow for refreshment; mental, emotional or bladder related.
If you decide to switch your main raiding toon, that toon needs to be up to par gear wise before attending the current content raids. Your new raiding toon should not make the raid suffer while you learn it or gear it up, in other wards it should be equivalent to your old raiding toon.
Doing the latest and greatest in WoW raiding is not about the gear. It’s about having fun with fellow guild members by completely very challenging tasks. If your here for the gear, then this place may not be for you.
2.3.1 Loot Rules
We will be using a standard /roll system. There will also be the possibility of a loot council on any items that are extra special. These items will be known to the guild prior to runs and will most likely be things like trinkets, some weapons, legendary items, but not limited to these items.
BoE items that are not needed for a main spec are to go into the guild bank and be distributed from there.
2.4 Rated Battleground Expectations
2.4.1 Character Requirements
The toon going has to be a member of Has Bad Intentions. Although from time to time it might be required to pull someone in from outside of the guild due to lack of sign-ups, toons that are in the guild will be selected first.
If you do not have at least your current honor PvP gear (with the exception of perhaps a PvE trinket or weapon) please run normal Battle Grounds to gear out your character before trying to attend a Rated Battle Grounds.
2.4.2 Rules of Conduct
No raging. This is by far the biggest rule. People raging because something did not go their way ruins everyone else’s good time.
No complaining about an over powered (or underpowered) class or ability during the match. Fill free to share your thoughts on that OP flavor of the month after or before the match starts. During the match keep your mind focused on the task at hand.
Refrain from calling out orders. Those that set up the run will explain who is calling out the battle plan. If you have suggestions please let them know. However, those calling out the battle plan will announce it. This is to prevent confusion during the battle.
Stay within the plan. Sometimes situations come up that requires people to adapt and that’s understandable. However, make sure what you are doing helps the overall battle plan and you are not just doing it to pad your stats.
Do not get wrapped up in personal fights. If you have someone almost dead and they somehow get away or prevent you from killing them do not attack them the very next time you see them. The urge is there, everyone has been tempted. Just remember, you are part of a bigger team and we are all trying for a mutual goal. Do not let them ruin the overall plan.
2.5 Guild Officer Expectations
Here is a list of what is expect of a HBI Officer.Officer Expectations:
Active: Plays a fair amount and is willing to take some of their playtime and use it for the best of the guild. Uses the forums on a regular basis.
Communicates: When something is going on in the guild it is shared with the other officers so everyone knows what is going. Checks and uses the O forums on regular basis. Comments and gives opinions on other officers ideas and helps the officer corp with solutions to guild situations.
Dispute Handling: Handles any disputes in a timely manner. Some things will require the opinions of more then one person. When this is the case anyone involved will be informed that other officers are also working to find the best possible solution for everyone, or perhaps punishment.
Bank Management: Each officer is assigned a bank tab to maintain. This is so no one officer gets burnt out on managing the guild bank. This will require approx checking the tab once – twice a week for abuse.
Voting: When someone asks for opinions or something is up for a vote, it is not ignored. If you read a post and do not have the time currently to put in a response or need some time to think about the question. Just throw that in there real fast so your fellow officers know that you have read and are not sitting there in the dark.
Gives Constructive Criticism: This means not calling guildies bads or just saying you suck at this, your not welcome anymore. Give the person some advice, use some constructive criticism and if that doesn’t work bring to others attention and we can came up with ideas as a team.
Participation: In everything above.
3. In-Game Ranks
Someone who is new to Has Bad Intentions. Recruits are not eligible to be promoted or use the guild bank until certain criteria are met.
To be promoted you must post an introductory post on the "Introduce Yourself” section of the forums and be an outstanding member by contributing to the guild in some sort of fashion.(Roics, crafting, dailies for guild xp, forming an arena team, offering advice are just a few of the things you could do.) There is an initial 30 day period before you can be promoted to member, however If you complete the items listed above this time may be shortened.
Raiding and loot- To start raiding current content with us you need to prove yourself in some of the more difficult heroics or if we are running them, older tiers of raid content, etc. If a spot is available Recruits may be brought into a current content raid to help the guild, but Members have priority. Recruits will have priority on loot only after all Member/Raiders have passed on an item.
Guild bank access will be granted once you are promoted to member and we know a little bit more about you as a person.
Baddies (aka Members) are the heart and soul of Has Bad Intentions. Baddies will have access to guild repairs, all bank tabs, except for the raiding tab. If there is something in there you would like, you may put in a request to the officers via in-game mail, whispers, or by Private Messaging on the forums.
Badasses are a sub-category of the member rank; specifically a Badass is someone who consistently attends and performs at a high level in current content raiding. This also includes, but is not limited to, acquiring available upgrades for their role (DPS, Healing, Tank) outside of raiding via valor points given through heroics.
Also note that at an officer’s discretion, players with the Badass rank may be awarded a piece of raid loot over a non-raider rank.
A Badass attends and is available for the majority of the guilds raids and is constantly striving to perform the best they can and to improve their character for the current tier of PvE raiding
Badasses will have access to the Raiding tab which will contain things like buff pots, buff food, flasks, BOE raid gear, and crafted materials from a raid. They will also have more guild repair money on progression nights to help make up for their losses while attempting to help the guild.
3.3 Officer Alt
Officer Alt's technically carry the same access as Officers. This is also where the officer alts are listed.
Officers keep the guild moving forward smoothly by making decisions for the best of the guild. If anyone has an idea it will be discussed in the officer corp.
3.5 Guild Master
Is just another officer. All officers are equals and have equal access as the person at the GM rank. If someone asks to speak to the GM all officers are considered this.
